Our future-ready facility in Atchutapuram, Vizag, is strategically located on a 23,000 sqm (5.5-acre) plot within the APIIC (APSEZ).

We're currently operating at ~160 KL capacity across Production Blocks A and B, powered by a dedicated team of 120 people. We've proactively built in flexibility for growth, with civil construction complete for an additional ~100 KL reactor volume in Block B, allowing for quick installation based on demand. Our facility also includes a pilot plant for efficient kilo-scale production. Furthermore, we have significant space for future expansion, capable of accommodating two more production blocks with an estimated 550 KL reactor volume.

Vizag's status as a major pharmaceutical hub in India, with a strong presence of both Indian and multinational companies, offers unparalleled synergies. A key advantage of our Atchutapuram location is access to a large Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP). This facility efficiently processes all types of effluents, from low and high TDS to solid waste, ensuring environmental compliance and operational efficiency.

Our facility is equipped with specialized reactors and drying capabilities to support a wide range of complex chemical processes:

  • Cryogenic Reactors: Capable of reactions down to -80°C.
  • High-Temperature Reactors: Accommodating temperatures up to 260°C.
  • Pressure Reactors: Specifically for hydrogenation reactions.
  • Colum Purification: Column purification by Silica gel.
  • Vacuum Tray Dryers & Tray Dryers: Allowing for drying up to 350 kg of material at a time.
  • ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers) and Centrifuges: For efficient filtration and separation.
  • Multimiller & RCVD (Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer): For advanced material processing.
  • Micronization capabilities: For PSD requirements
  • Diverse Reactor Capacities: Ranging from 160 L to 12 KL, offering flexibility for various production scales.
